We seek to carry out the mission and vision of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We provide intellectual and developmental disability support in the Carmel, IN, area.

Alicia Gray, CEO/Partner

Alicia Gray is a highly skilled Behavior Consultant with 10+ years of professional work in assisting individuals with issues that impair learning and social functions. She has a proven track record in fostering long-term relationships and providing quality care and behavior management services.  Alicia has a refined ability to instruct and lead in life skills education with solid hands-on crisis management aptitude. She is a seasoned clinician with the demonstrated track record of successfully working with diverse client populations in one-on-one and group settings.

Alicia provides excellent service and guidance in: 

  • Working with individuals displaying challenging behaviors

  • Designing care plans that focus on realistic and positive goals

  • Assisting in the prevention of relapse and morbidity conditions and behaviors

  • Compiling data on consumer interventions and responses
     

In addition to her experience and personal qualities, she has a Master's degree in Special Education from Ball State University and a passion for improving consumer lives and coping skills.

Ken Thorpe is a successful entrepreneur and business consultant with more than 15 years of professional leadership experience in the areas of business development, strategic planning, and relationship management.

He has 8+ years of experience working as a private provider of the Medicaid Waiver services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has supported individuals in finding opportunities to live a meaningful and fulfilling life in the direction of their choice. Services include education and training, coordination of healthcare, counseling, advocacy, recreation, and community participation and integration.

Thorpe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and his Master’s degree in Information Technology from Ball State University, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
